The name of the comprehensive investment project - "Organization of the high-speed operation of the passenger trains at the St. Petersburg – Buslovskaya line of the Oktyabrskaya Railway.

The name of the investment project, which is part of the comprehensive investment project – “Construction of a new line Losevo - Kamennogorsk in order to transfer the freight traffic to the ports on the Gulf of Finland to the line Ruch’i - Petjajarvi - Kamennogorsk – Vyborg”.
The implementation period is from 2007 to 2011.

  1. The executive officer of the comprehensive investment project is the Federal Agency for Railway Transport.
  2. The participants in the comprehensive investment project:
    • The State Coordinator of the comprehensive investment project is the Federal Agency for Railway Transport;
    • Investor – the Open Joint Stock Company "Russian Railways".
  3. The objectives of the comprehensive investment project:
    • organization of the high-speed operation of the passenger trains at the St. Petersburg – Buslovskaya line with the speed up to 200 km per hour;
    • o construction of a new railway line Petjajarvi - Kamennogorsk in order to transfer the freight traffic to the ports on the Gulf of Finland to the line Ruch’i - Petjajarvi - Kamennogorsk – Vyborg.
  4. The approved estimated cost of the comprehensive investment project (in the year prices, including VAT) - 79670.77 million rubles.
  5. Information on the state examination of the project documentation - the conclusion of the Head Department of the state extra departmental examination, dated November 27, 2006 N 931-06/ГГЭ-3745/04.

  12. The main results of implementation of the comprehensive investment project are defined according to the Annex N 2.
